WORKING BEHIND THE WALLS

HHWBC has been encouraging and educating men and women who are incarcerated for over 12 years and this is the mission field the Lord has given us.  HHWBC now has students in 13 prisons in the state of Tennessee.  Hundreds of students behind the walls have completed their Bible College degrees over the years, but more than that, they have been uplifted and encouraged by the Word of God and by the support they receive from HHWBC student advisors.  To date, not one prisoner has had to pay for any HHWBC course or text Bible up to the Bachelor's Degree level.  The Lord has made provision for every student to receive a full scholarship, including books for our incarcerated brothers and sisters.  To Him be all the glory!!  Our goal is to continue to grow this ministry as the Holy Spirit leads, to eventually be in every prison in the state of Tennessee.  We know there is only one person who can truly change the lives of men and women, and His name is Jesus Christ!!  Soon, we hope to be visiting each prison once a month to teach/preach the Word of God and minister to our students there.  Pray for us that the Lord opens this door.  Thank you.

We are striving diligently to have all our current incarcerated students complete their degrees. We are not adding any new incarcerated at this time due to our new focus on our African missions.  It will still take three more years to allow all our incarcerated students to finish their programs. We pray during that time the Lord will provide us the personnel to continue this important ministry.
