To educate others in God’s Holy Word in order that they may come to a fuller understanding of what God expects of His children and accordingly, to better prepare them to live a life of service to God, in humility and meekness, being filled with Christ’s peace, love and joy. Also, for those who are called to God’s Ministry, to prepare them with the truth of God’s Word, for Ordination as Ministers of God. Finally, in all these efforts, to adhere to the Standards of Faith of His Holy Word Ministries, as given to us by the Holy Spirit and God’s Holy Word, the Bible.

Program Overview

HHWBC’s Distance Learning Programs are geared for those individuals who want a fuller understanding of God’s Holy Word as it applies to their lives. All courses are Bible related and designed specifically to build a student’s knowledge in God’s Word, mature them spiritually, and prepare them for work in God’s Kingdom in whatever capacity the Lord guides them (minister, deacon, Bible teacher, etc.). At the end of the Bachelor’s Degree Program, an Ordination option is offered to those who feel led to be ordained ministers.

HHWBC’s Master’s and Doctorate Degrees are for those individuals who want to take their spiritual learning to the highest levels and are especially aimed to assist current ministers and pastors grow in their Biblical education beyond the Bachelor’s Degree level. If you are looking for an easy and quick degree, one obtained with no effort and with no learning involved, this is not it. While we don’t take the approach of traditional liberal arts colleges, in that every course you take with HHWBC is Biblically oriented, there is work involved, essays to be written, and hopefully, much learning of God’s Word. Students will get out of HHWBC’s courses as much as they put into them. We pray since these programs prepare students for God’s service, students will put their all into them.

Our programs are set up in a stair-step manner, each course building upon the last, starting with a Diploma in Biblical studies awarded after 30 semester hours and culminating with the degree students are seeking, up to the Doctorate level. For continuing students, we will evaluate their credits already accrued and determine their appropriate starting point. If an applicant has an undergraduate degree from another Bible College or Seminary, we will evaluate that student’s previous work for acceptance into our Master’s and Doctorate programs. So, whether students are new in God’s Word or experienced, we have a program for them.

If applicants already have years of experience in ministry work, but never have been ordained, we will evaluate their work résumé with their past Biblical education (formal or informal) to see what will be required for their ordination. This is done on an individual, case-by-case basis. Any minister ordained by HHWBC is expected to believe and stand for HHWBC’s Standards of Faith, obtained from the Holy Word of God.

HHWBC is here to help grow God’s territory by preparing students in the knowledge of God’s Word for service to Him. The Holy Spirit has guided our hands in the development of all our programs. We give God the glory for what He has done.

HHWBC does not require a High School Diploma or GED; however, a student must have the English and writing skills to be successful in the essays and writing courses required. This is why a short essay is required with a student’s application. From this essay, we can determine a student’s ability to complete the program he or she has chosen. These English skills and a desire to learn God’s Word are HHWBC’s only entrance requirements.
