HHWBC Mission Statement
To educate others in God’s Holy Word in order that they may come to a fuller understanding of what God expects of His children and accordingly, to better prepare them to live a life of service to God, in humility and meekness, being filled with Christ’s peace, love and joy. Also, for those who are called to God’s Ministry, to prepare them with the truth of God’s Word, for Ordination as Ministers of God. Finally, in all these efforts, to adhere to the Standards of Faith of His Holy Word Ministries, as given to us by the Holy Spirit and God’s Holy Word, the Bible.

The Vision
His Holy Word Ministries was founded by a shared vision from the Holy Spirit to found a ministry to serve God. The ministry started as a church and as the Spirit led, a fervent prison ministry program also developed. As the work in the free world and prisons progressed, a tremendous need for Biblical education at the college level in both places was seen. Out of that need, His Holy Word Bible College (HHWBC) was founded and course development started on a Distance Learning Degree Program in Biblical Studies.
In 2004 and 2005, Distance Learning Courses, up to and including the Doctorate Level, were developed. After careful review and consideration to insure course integrity with the Word of God, all courses received approval by the Course Review Board. At that time also, The Life in the Spirit Study Bible (KJV) was chosen as the main textbook for most of the courses up to the Bachelor’s Degree level, because of the clarity and depth of its commentary and its adherence to the truth of God’s Word. We know it will bless your study of God’s Word.
In 2006 and 2007, several students were selected as “test” students to give all courses a thorough shakedown. The positive feedback from every student let HHWBC know the Holy Spirit’s vision was met. Therefore, in August 2007, final approval was given by the Course Review Board to start accepting applications in December 2008 for courses starting in January 2009. We’ve been educating students in God’s word ever since. All glory, honor, and praise go to the Lord in this diligent development effort. We pray these courses help students in their studies and growth in God’s Word, and further their work in growing God’s territory.
The Growth in Africa
Three years ago, Bishop Elunga from the Nyarugusa Refugee Camp in Arusha Tanzania contacted us by email and inquired about a joint partnership with HHWBC to train preachers, teachers and pastors in Tanzania using our materials and support. After much prayer we were blessed to start our African Ministry programs in Tanzania. God has grown this program remarkably over these years to have satellite schools in 5 other African countries with student enrollment growing greatly. This by the grace of God and the tremendous efforts by Bishop Elunga and his team. They have built an HHWBC school and library in Tanzania. We just pray for continued growth and blessings of our African brothers and sisters by the Holy Spirit's leading. Praise the Lord!
