Due to the low cost of our courses, external financial aid is not offered. For incarcerated students there are full scholarships offered as funding allows. It is HHWBC policy that no student be turned down because of financial need. We will work with any student to design a personal plan to pay for HHWBC. We are trusting God to provide for those who truly want to learn His word. In fact, students can download the Scholarship Request Form from this page and submit to HHWBC for consideration and action.
Tuition/Fees
Current tuition is $40.00 per course, with a $25.00 non-refundable enrollment fee. For incarcerated graduate students, we have a special tuition rate of $20.00 per course. Additionally, the only other costs are for required textbooks. Incarcerated students in our Bachelor's Degree program are covered under a full scholarship including their text Bible; their only cost is the enrollment fee; everything else (tuition and books) is covered by their scholarship.
A semester consists of five (5) courses, three (3) credit hours each, or 15 credit hours per semester. As with most colleges, we prefer that students pay for each semester’s courses at its beginning. (5 courses X $40.00 = $200.00 per semester) If students pay for all their semester’s courses in advance, there is a 10% discount, so the semester’s tuition is reduced by $20.00, for a total of $180.00. (Incarcerated graduate students use $20.00 as your course rate in the above calculations, after which there is no additional discount.)
Graduate students have 6 course semesters or 18 credit hours per semester. Their tuition is also $40 per course, or if the student pays for their entire semester their tuition would be $240.00 - $24 (10% discount) for a total of $216.00.
Students can also pay on a course-by-course basis should they need to. This is the payment plan we offer. Each course must be paid for before HHWBC can send it to students. If the student pays by semester, we will send all five (5 or 6) courses to them at once, but we ask them to complete them in the order they are meant to be taken to maximize student learning. Limited scholarships are available for students up to the Doctorate Degree level. Applications for scholarships will be sent upon a student’s request.
Payments can be made by check, cash, Pay Pal or institutional check (inmates).
HHWBC is a non-profit institution. Our goal is to keep our costs as low as possible to enable anyone to grow in God’s Word and prepare them for His service.
For those students who chose a formal graduation there is a $200.00 graduation fee.
Finally, for those who wish to be ordained, there is a $150.00 ordination fee, which must be renewed annually at $50.00.
